タンブラー的な何か。

地球上どこに住んでもやってける人とは

性格や人格、価値観、文化、歴史…そういうものを含めた相互理解を醸成できる人だ。

まず相手と自分が“違う”ということを知り、相手に偏見のないフラットな興味を持てること。次に自分のことをよーく理解していること。できれば自分達の文化や歴史（いわゆるルーツ）についても理解していること。さらに相手と自分の違いをテーブルの上にさらけ出し、お互いに『言語で』説明し認識することができること。最後に、違いを把握した上で「じゃあどうすっぺか？」という未来や落とし所を指し示せること。

これが自然にできる人は本当に地球上どこに住んでもやってけると思う。
